FAQs

I was contacted via email and/or social media for a potential opportunity, what does this mean?

This means we’ve reached out to you because you seem like a cool and interesting person, and we believe that you probably are a good fit for the market research study or project we’ve contacted you for.

Does being contacted for a potential opportunity mean that I will be part of the project?

If you’ve been contacted by us it means that we want to consider you for the opportunity, but you may not necessarily qualify for the market research study we’ve contacted you for. We can only determine if potential candidates qualify for the study after they answer the questionnaire and also, after we have a short introduction call with them. Following that, we will send potential participants’ information to our client, and they will make final decisions on the selection of participants.

Why did I not qualify, if I was contacted for the opportunity?

This is mostly because the projects we work with are very specific and participants need to meet certain criteria. Our clients usually look for participants to meet different specific variables. Maybe you meet some of the requirements we are looking for, but there might be others that you don’t meet. You may not qualify to participate in the first opportunity we contact you for, but you may qualify for some other project in the future. There are different variables and several steps before our clients make decisions on final participants to be part of our market research studies.

Will everyone who qualifies for the project, will get to be a part of it?

Unfortunately, no. There is a limited number of participants in each project. Sometimes we may be needing 40 participants, but other times we may only need 1.

How do participants get paid for being part of our market research studies?

In the US, we offer PayPal, Zelle, Venmo, or check by mail to the participant’s address of choice. For other regions like the UK, Mexico, Japan, Korea, etc. we offer PayPal.

When will participants get paid?

Participants get paid after they've completed the activities that were asked for: participated in an in-person or virtual interview, they’ve been part of a virtual or in-person focus group, they’ve completed an online journal for several days, etc. It will depend on the project.
